RETURNS, REFUNDS  & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Items delivered without damages or defects are not eligible for returns.
  • In the event of a wrongful delivery (different SKU than specified in the order confirmation) or a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, product exchanges are available.
  • Refunds will not be issued for changes in products after the order is placed.
  • No refunds will be provided if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, experiences X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, and/or refuses the package.
  • The purchaser is responsible for covering all return shipping costs unless the received item is defective.
  • If a wrong order is accidentally placed (for stock pouches only), the purchaser is obligated to bear all shipping costs (both inbound and outbound) for an exchange, subject to the Company's agreement for the exchange. To initiate an exchange, the purchaser must formally request the Company within 24 hours of receiving the order. Additionally, the Company will impose a handling/operation charge equivalent to 2% of the invoice value on the Customer.
  • Customers are required to cross-check the order items immediately upon receipt. Any queries must be communicated to us within fourteen days from the date of the order
